Important Points for Buyers

1. You will receive a confirmation mail on placing your order successfully; along with a receipt containing details such as your order number, list and quantity of items bought along with their amount.
2. A tracking number will also be mailed to as soon as your order has been dispatched. It will help you confirm the whereabouts of your merchandise and how soon will it be delivered to you.
3. You can also self-pick your parcel if you desire to do so.
4. Do not accept the parcel if you feel it has been tampered with or the packing is improper.
5. Check for the invoice in the package and ensure that it matches with the one sent to you vial mail, during the placing of the order.
6. You might have to pay extra charges based on the regulations by India Post if your goods are being delivered by VPP service of India-Post. Some locations in India only have this service.
7. You will be informed in prior about cancellation of orders and refunding of the paid amount.
8. Generally the refund amount will be credited to your account within 7 working days; unless there are some regulations on your banks processing methods.
